Dickies Arena and Fort Worth Zoo
Cute little place...located only 10 minutes from Dickies arena and 20 minutes from the Fort Worth zoo. Very convenient. Great host contact and very helpful!

Absolutely terrible
I never received an access code. I messaged the host a hour before our arrival and received no reply. Calls to the host went straight to voicemail. We had to scramble at the last minute to find a place to stay which due to being a busy weekend for the area had very little to choose from. Customer service for VRBO was very helpful in processing a refund. DO NOT RECOMMEND BOOKING THIS PROPERTY.

This property should not even be on the market. We drove up to the property with overgrown grass. There was a tag on the door from the city 2 days prior stating to mow the yard. We had been given no instructions on the code to the property. I received a link but it only had the Wi-Fi code. Made a phone call to the host and she gave me the code. There was a trash can full of trash by the front porch. Upon entering, the strong smell of moth balls. Went to the bathroom and no water to the house. Called the host back and text. No answer. Called and text the other number, no answer. We walked around the outside of the house to see if we needed to turn on something. We found a huge hole going under the house and a mound of dirt and caution tape. The host called back and asked if I was the one that had called her mother. Yes and I called you. Told her no water. Her and her husband had us find the box in the yard. It was difficult to find considering the grass was so overgrown. We found it but I was going to crawl down there. I’m a 63 year old woman, paying good money for a place to stay. The host formed me they had just driven 2 hours to their lake house and we could just stay there and they would look at it in the morning.I informed her that we had just driven 4 1/2 hours expecting to have a place to stay and with no water, how were were we to use the bathroom or get ready for our meetings the next morning. After 2 hours, Vrbo finally agreed to refund our money and compensate us.
