Perfect Outdoor Wedding
My husband and I had our small intimate wedding here and our wedding party stayed the night. The host was extremely accommodating with the event we requested and assisted us in making sure it was suitable for us and them. The house and grounds were absolutely perfect and as far as a December wedding goes the weather was wonderful on the river. We were very thankful it worked out as wonderfully as it did and this is a day we will always remember thanks to Camp Manateeā€™s crew!

Beautiful Nature Getaway
Clean, cozy home--beautiful and spacious outdoor area with big cypress trees and views of the Santa Fe River. Plenty of seating areas, lots of privacy and nature. Host was very responsive and helpful. We had a great trip, would definitely stay again!

Brilliant Getaway!!
What an amazing time we had at Camp Manatee. Communication with host was spot on, very helpful and accommodating. The property is spectacularly peaceful and ticked every box for us. Thank you Camp Manatee, we will be back!

Lovely Getaway
Unfortunately, hurricane Helene had just gone through the night before and created a lot of mess on the property and the surrounding area. But it didnā€™t hinder the beautiful surroundings. There was no power in the area but because of the whole house generator, we were able to enjoy the house. We planned our trip around going to the nearby springs, But of course they were all closed due to the Hurricane damage. Nevertheless we made the best of it and anytime with family is a great time! Being on the river was beautiful. We canoed and explored the area. Grilled out and enjoyed the hot tub. We had a great time despite the circumstances. And will definitely come back for a do over so we can visit the beautiful springs nearby. Thank you Camp Manatee for coming through for us and for the constant communication throughout the process. Looking forward to our next stay!

Even mother nature couldn't mess up or stay
Despite the fact that the river was at flood level Camp Manatee was pure perfection The location was perfect with easy access to the springs. The kitchen hadthe kitchen had everything you could need

perfect river retreat!
Beautiful property right on the the Santa Fe just upriver from the springs. Everything was spotless and the amenities were just what we needed. We also rented their boat which was just icing on the cake! We will be back :)

The property is just as described in the listing. The home is beautiful, well equipped. So many fun memories were made during our stay. The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear. The property owner was accommodating and available if you needed anything. The property was clean and well maintained. It should be noted there is an extensive surveillance system on the property. However, once you see the level of care the owners take in the property it is understandable. Definitely a great place I will be adding to my favorites

What an amazing place! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed canoeing down the river and visiting the springs. Place was very nice and clean. Everything we needed. Beautiful views. Got to see a lot of wildlife. Will definitely book again!

Thank you for an enjoyable, relaxing stay. Camp Manatee is exactly as advertised in the listing. We enjoyed floating, canoeing, and kayaking, and the kids especially liked making s'mores at night using the fire pit. My compliments to the host team; they were available and responsive and would have addressed any issues immediately - although we had no issues or problems whatsoever. We would stay here again without hesitation. Thank you.

A Perfect Getaway at the Cutest Little House!
We had an amazing time staying at this adorable house! The location was perfect, just a short drive from several beautiful springs, making it easy for our family to enjoy nature and outdoor activities. The house itself was charming and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail and thoughtful touches made it feel like a home away from home. Wonderful retreat
We loved our stay. The amenities in the house are perfect. We had our two boys (11 and 13) with us and they had a blast kayaking off the dock. We went spring hopping, tubing on the Ich, and kayaked down the Santa Fe with Rum 138. What a special and unique part of Florida! Thank you for sharing your home.

Excellent experience
This was an experience like no other. During the time we stayed, we felt that we were totally immersed in a bayou setting. It was amazing All of the sounds that you could hear at night on the back screen porch. I almost wanted to record those sounds so that I could take them back home with me. Everyone in our party Had a great time. The location is an excellent spot for visiting the springs we were able to visit two Springs in one day without too much driving. We are definitely saving this property info. This is one of our favorites for when we want to go cool off in the cool Florida Springs.

Fantastic stay
We stayed here for a little anniversary getaway. Fist let me say that the property is beautiful, and very well maintained. We stay in VRBO properties fairly regularly and unlike some other places that we have stayed, it feels like you are staying in a home that is loved and taken care of. The location is very quiet and peaceful, and is at the end of a road, so there is no traffic. The home is also well-stocked with everything that you might need. There is a lovely seating area downstairs with fire pit, hot tub and grill. There is also a selection of kayaks and a canoe. I would be remiss if I didnā€™t compliment the host. By far the best that we have dealt with. They were very helpful and quick to respond. We arrived during a flood, so our plans were a bit compromised, but they bent over backwards to make sure that we still had an enjoyable time. I canā€™t say enough about how much we appreciate them.

Camp Manatee, what an experience!
We LOVED our stay here. It sits back on a dead end road and you truly feel separate from the rest of the world. The home was spotless when we arrived. Walking in you notice right away the view of the river that can be seen from the dining/living area, and master bedroom. They offered plenty of amenities in the bathroom which was an added bonus. The outside provides seating around a gas fireplace, and a dock where we did see a few otters floating by. We used the canoe and paddled to the nearby springs which are incredible. Overall we could not be more pleased with the communication and everything this home had to offer. Thank you for letting us bring our dogs! We will be back!

Breath Taking Views
This property was very clean and We felt right at home. The views from every direction were wonderful . Really enjoyed sitting by the fire pit on the Island. So many different areas to relax and enjoy nature at its best. I will definitely come back !

Great getaway weekend
We had an amazing stay at Camp Manatee!! The space was exceptionally clean and the location couldnā€™t be beat. The size of the house allowed for our group of 5 to be together when we wanted and have a little space when needed as well. My kids wore out one of our fishing rods casting morning and night from the dock. The only draw back I could offer was there is no boat ramp on the property nor access to the 3 rivers community areas without an increase in the rental fee, this made use of the advertised canoe/ kayaks difficult. However this was a great place to stay and would definitely recommend it.
