Cute house that is close to Fort Wayne! Within walking distance of the LaOtto brewery the Sit N Bull and a short two minute drive to Country Heritage Winery. When was the last time you stayed at a hotel with: large closets, a dishwasher, a BBQ grill, kitchen, complete dining room, clothes washer and dryer, private gazebo, and a personal garage? The large is huge for family and pets.
We will provide the necessities such as: Wi-Fi, comfortable sleeping, coffee, and smart TVs. This home is in the most desirable area of Noble County: the town right off major highways, LaOtto, Indiana. Only twelve miles away from the city of Fort Wayne, and even closer to Avilla, Auburn, Garrett, and Kendallville. Other things to note:

Fabulous time
We stayed for five nights. This was a perfect fit for my husband, myself and our little dog. Everything was just as described. Clean as can be, comfortable furnishings and very quiet. The attached garage is a huge bonus. If I could give this a ten star rating I would!! Will definitely be returning again in the future!

Nice peaceful relaxing stay!
We stayed in Sarah’s house for 13 nights as our home (RV) was in for service. We were able to bring the RV to house and off load everything into the 2 car garage instead of having to rent a storage unit, it worked out so well. Sarah even stopped by to show us where a safe place was to park the RV out of everyone’s way. The reviews are correct this place is a 10 out of 10 in every category. No complains, no suggestions, just perfect for the two of us and our dog.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning property near Fort Wayne, and it exceeded all expectations! The space was impeccably clean, incredibly spacious, and beautifully designed. The host was outstanding—thoughtful, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking to stay in the area! I stayed here for an annual event and I'll certainly be trying to find this listing for next year.

Sarah was very responsive and the house was clean and neat. The area is quiet and rural, which we wanted. About a 20 minute drive to Sweetwater Sound, where we went everyday for the week.

Great for family supper!
Most stocked kitchen we have ever seen! Was able to have 10 family members around the kitchen table comfortably for supper. 6 slept comfortably at the house and a cute little bedroom shed out back. Sarah responds so so fast if you have any needs. :)

Nice Family place to get together
Loved the openness of the kitchen and dining room- you can all be together even while preparing meals. Great appliances and most things you need in the kitchen. Loved having second garage refrigerator. Being able to park in garage was fabulous. This was perfect for a family gathering- very relaxed and comfortable.

Quiet Home in LaOtoo
We booked this home because of it's proximity to Ft. Wayne, while still being outside of the city. The area was quiet & made for a very comfortable stay. The home was clean, well maintained & stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Sarah was a fantastic host & communicated everything we needed. Wonderful time touring the Auburn Cord Duesenberg Museum and two other auto/truck museums in the area. Friendly helpful people everywhere we went. This rental is lovely and was perfect for us.

Nice, updated house
My husband and I stayed there with our two Greyhounds. We were so glad to find a property that not only was pet friendly but was affordable too! The house was so clean and had plenty of necessities. LaOtto is a nice, quiet town. The house was only a few blocks from a great little brewery. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

Sweet House, Excellent Stay!
My friend from Ohio and I met up at this sweet home for a visit without the husbands. Antiquing in the small towns around this house made it a perfect location for us. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from that are near enough. D We did not visit the local bar but it seemed a popular place and was within a short walk. The house is super well stocked, and really had left nothing out to make this stay like being home, but better...quiet and calm. There was a lot of space for the two of us but room for several more. Seems freshly remodeled, it smelled great when we entered, the bedding was awesome and I slept like a baby. I need to know where to get one of those bed top comforters...excellent! Having a two car garage was a bonus. The kitchen would have been perfect for cooking, but that's not on our agenda when we meet up. But had we wanted to cook we would have lacked nothing. I wore a pair of sock type slippers for the two days while there, even walked out into the garage several times and they were hardly dirty, cleanliness was at a superior level. Would go back in a minute, we may ask our husband's to go with us next time, but chances are that we probably won't. 😉 Thanks Sarah for allowing us to enjoy your home and providing us with a secure and peaceful respite from our everyday lives. 😊 Laurie, Lafayette, IN
