An open floor plan successfully combines the kitchen, dining area, and living room together. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze, including a convenient dishwasher and a Keurig coffee maker. There's also a stackable washer/dryer in case things get sandy. Enjoy quick meals on the go before going to the beach on the breakfast bar, which has four comfortable high stools. However, if you'd like to have a more formal mealtime, the dining table is right there with enough space for six.

When it's time to relax from spending the entire day at the beach or the shared outdoor pool, the living room has your back. It boasts a large and comfortable sectional sofa right in front of the flatscreen TV with cable. Movie nights won't be the same here! Your private balcony overlooking the complex and the beach can be accessed from the living room and the main bedroom and it's complete with a handful of chairs. Both bedrooms have their own flatscreen TV with cable and an ensuite full bathroom.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
