This gulf front beauty sits on the powder white sands and emerald green waters of The Gulf of Mexico. Use the private beach access, take a swim in the gulf front swimming pool, soak in the indoor or outdoor hot tubs, stay fit while away from home at the fitness center, play a game of tennis on the lighted tennis court, grill some fresh seafood in the grilling area, or play a game of shuffleboard. Take a walk across the street to enjoy local restaurants such as Stewby’s, or Aj’s Seafood and Oyster Bar. Visit local attractions close by at The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk. If you want to venture out take the short drive to Destin, FL (The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village). Sea Oats is your ticket to paradise!

This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a separate dining area, and a breakfast bar. A living room with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, a flat screen TV, and a private balcony with partial gulf views. A master bedroom with a king size bed, a flat screen TV, and a private bathroom. A second bedroom with a queen-size bed and flat screen TV. A second full size bathroom in the hallway. Parking: Two parking passes will be issued for your stay. No boats, RVs, or trailer parking allowed. Parking spaces are available for owners and registered Sea Oats guests only. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner expense.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

The condo and property was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed making memories with our family. The only concern would be the water pressure and shower head in the master bathroom. It should be replaced. Overall I would give everything a 4.5 rating but that was not an option.

Great location with plenty of space and a view of the Gulf
This unit is perfect! Stayed for 6 nights with husband and teenage son. Plenty of room for all, fully equipped kitchen, lovely balcony. Responsive host when I couldn't find my email with entry code, Wi-Fi password, etc. they also agreed to ship my pillow to me when I discovered that I left it in the unit. Will definitely rent here again.

Great for location
The condo was nice and clean. Had a very strong and awful smell near the front door for two days, but it may had to do with the cleaning supplies they used. Will use again if we come back to this area. The beach was nice, some of the chairs need to be replaced kind of falling apart but we enjoyed it. The people at the beach reminded me of being in an upscale PCB area so that’s the only downfall.
