During this prolonged construction period, there will be construction noise (grinding, banging), dust, etc. about the property. There will be no heavy noise before 7am or after 5pm. Additionally, each unit will be affected intermittently. During those periods the balconies will be unusable, balcony furniture will be removed and sliding doors will be secured to prevent opening. There will also be workers present on swing stages on the south side (water side) of the building. There will also be intermittent pool closures during the entire construction period. ****

The master bedroom is a dream come true, with a king-sized bed and en suite featuring a walk-in shower and separate tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed with en suite featuring a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom features two double beds and a jack and jill bathroom that also adjoins the hallway. Oh, and did we mention the queen sleeper sofa in the living room? So much space for everyone to enjoy!
We know you'll be busy soaking up the sun and enjoying the beautiful Gulf views from your private balcony, but don't forget to take advantage of our other amenities.
