Everyone we dealt with was fine except the person working the breakfast bar and the choices and quality at the breakfast bar aren't good.

Atrociously Disgusting
I have done a lot of traveling across the US. I've stayed in many hotels. We bounce back and forth between La Quintas, Holiday Inns and Airbnbs. La Quintas are typically pretty nice, clean and comfortable. But this one made us want to puke. Unfortunately, we had our two children with us as well. My toddler at 2.5 years old fell on the floor and upon rising was covered in a black soot that covered his legs, arms and feet. Mind you, this is IN the room. I never expect to give a hotel room the "white glove" test. But to see that the floor of our room had not been cleaned for what could be the entire year of 2024 is absolutely disgusting. We had been displaced by the hurricane, if there is ever another. I will take my chances at home before I stay here again.

Everything was great, but the rollaway cart we PAID for was terrible! Pretty sure they have better beds in prison. My son ended up just sleeping on the hard floor. The room was very nice tho

Damp! The room needs a dehumidifier immediately! Carpet drapes wall covering all damp and no ventilation in the bathroom. It was clean with no smell of mold or mildew, just damp. Improved only slightly by turning on the ancient air conditioner that had been off.
