This 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, dining area, living area with a queen size sleeper for extra guests, and a private balcony with priceless views of The Gulf of Mexico. We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

The condo was very nice! Even the bed slept well. We had just about everything we needed the view is wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The complex experienced a waterline issue while we were there. Someone from Kimberly Lang called to let us know and to make sure all was okay with the room. We very much enjoyed our stay and will visit again!

Amazing Beach Getaway
The condo was perfect for 2. Walking in we could smell everything was clean and fresh. Location could not have been better! Balcony gave a perfect view of the beach and great views for sunrise and sunset. Private beach area for the property was good with chairs and umbrella available on first come-first serve or can pay a little each day to reserve. Perfect way to spend our 29th anniversary!

Great place!
Terrific views of the ocean and it’s a short elevator ride to the beach. Furniture and TV in the living room is definitely outdated but the bed in the bedroom is great! Clean place with plenty of supplies for your stay. First place I’ve stayed where you could have only brought a swimsuit and toothbrush and you would be set.

Wonderful Location!
The rental was easy to find with a balcony directly facing the beach. Both the unit and facilities were clean. The only negative was that the unit was in need of a refresh. The door frames needed paint. There was wallpaper in the kitchen and bathroom that was peeling at the seems. Faucets and appliances were very outdated. The living room TV did not respond to the (proper) remote. The issue was not batteries as different functions on the remote did respond as expected, but the primary functions of the guide, channel up and down, and volume up and down were either unresponsive or took may presses to get any action to happen. The one other thing to mention is that there were many electrical outlets that moved in the wall (not properly secured), one of which sparked when I plugged a power supply in it. They all did function, but were not confidence inspiring. We did have a great time during our stay with plenty of sugar white sand and clear water.
