This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental at Island Echos includes patio doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. Other features of this multi-colored, comfortable, beach inspired vacation rental include a full-size refrigerator, upgraded cabinets and light fixtures, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The bathroom includes upgraded tub and a vanity, light fixture and cabinets. The living room has a 60” TV and bedroom has a TV and DVD player.

Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

Nice but could improve

This condo could use some TLC. I feel like if I give my honest opinion it will be too harsh so I will just cover the basics. I’ll start with the positives. The kitchen appears to have been remodeled recently and it is very nice. The master bath is spacious and nicely appointed and the balcony is large and has lots of furniture. The property of the complex is spotless and felt very safe. The property is conveniently located near groceries and restaurants. However, there are negatives. When we checked in the condo appeared to be clean, but as my grandson crawled around his little knees, shins and feet were black. The couch is stained and dirty, we had to put a sheet over it to sit. If you are planning to cook bring your own things as the kitchen had the absolute bare minimum in utensils and cooking equipment. The vents in the ceiling are covered in dirt, dust and what appeared to be mold. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable. The balcony door did not lock. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom made a terrible noise so we weren’t able to use it at all and the handle came off of the tub faucet when we ran water. These things were reported to the rental company immediately but only one issue was addressed on our last day. Rental company did offer to have someone come mop (the next day) but we had already mopped so we declined. Having said these things, we were on vacation and enjoyed our stay making the best of the situation.

Beautiful place!

This place was wonderful! It was perfect for four friends to enjoy time together. It looked just like the pictures. The view from the balcony was beautiful! We loved the beach service and the private beach!

A Spacious Place

We didn't need three bedrooms but did want a more open feel to any condo we selected. This one hit on all cylinders. Clean, good quality furnishings, great view, and very comfortable. Check-in and -out was very simple. Beach access was direct and the beach itself wonderful. Only gripe is how sterile the kitchen was. That is, no coffee filters or other useful non-edible items were available. Publix is close, but traffic to it can make it a miserable trip in-season.

Fielding Phone Calls During My Mother's Funeral

There is such a thing as OVER COMMUNICATION. I booked two nights to return home for my mother's funeral. I have received no less than 7 texts, 8 emails, and three phone calls from Vacasa. Pretty absurd to be fielding a phone call while driving from the church to the grave from someone that wants me to run the dishwasher before checking out the next day. If you want to check on the performance of your cleaning staff, get off your rump and go check up on them. So many little surveys and pestering. It would have been annoying for a family vacation, unacceptable during my mother's funeral. I answered the phone because I had arrangements for a luncheon after the funeral. Saw the 850 area code and had to see who it was. Completely big business, robotic "customer service".

I’ve traveled to the area 5 times just this year. This was the cleanest condo I’ve stayed in yet. The furniture was extremely comfortable. Excellent location. I will book again!!

Nice property, however guest bathroom needed to be cleaner and some mildew in the shower. Also guest bathroom floor was not clean. Ice maker worked but ice dispenser did not work. The ice maker was turned off when we got there but we left it on.

Great condo

Great condo with management that responded quickly to a maintenance call. The unit is updated so the finishes are nice and newer. Overall well stocked, though it could have used a hair dryer and some extra blankets for the ones in our group that get cold. Would definitely stay again!

The bed in the main bedroom was very uncomfortable. The box spring was sagging and didn't support the top mattress. The unit was still a little dirty when we checked in. My husband went to the office to ask a couple of questions and the women there was snotty and rude. We did like the size of the condo but we'll think twice before using Vacasa for our next trip.

Beautiful property

This facility needed more supplies half roll toilet tissue, paper towel. When you stay in a hotel I have never taken toilet tissue. We pay plenty for these properties. Also VERBO should not mean leasing properties get in on the action.

Loved Island Echos 6NO!

Island Echos 6NO is a clean and well furnished property. Excellent location right on the beach. We enjoyed the deck in evenings. Easy check in/out with good communication made our stay restful and easy!

Girls getaway

The property was very nice it had everything we needed. We came to sit on the balcony and watch the water not snow for a while and it was perfect. We only wish the door had a lock on the inside for safety since anyone working there would have access to our code. If I had small children I would also be afraid they would walk out at night.

Gorgeous Views! Beautiful Condo!

The condo was spacious and absolutely beautiful! A lightbulb was out in the hallway so coming in and trying to find the light switch was fun. The master bedroom has a ceiling fan where the light shade would vibrate when the fan was on and the light would come on when it wanted to. Other than those minor issues, the place was gorgeous! We had plenty of space for my family, the best views, beautifully decorated, and we would definitely stay again. Thanks for having us!

Great Location

The property in itself was great. A couple of issues noted were fixed immediately when we notified the front desk. Only issue we encountered was the June grass, which according to those who live there year round should have already been gone. We would definitely stay at this property again.
