Free, fresh cookies upon arrival. Breakfast was delicious. There were three broken elevator buttons and 1 of 2 elevators was broken. Shower door was out of its track. The place needs some cosmetic touchups

This is a good property to stay at. It is somewhat confusing to get here based on directions supplied but not to bad. Very clean and comfortable.

When you first arrive at the hotel, it is very clean in the lobby and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, when you got off the one working elevator on the second floor, the carpet was badly stained and had a bad odor. Our room carpeting was okay and reasonably clean. The ice machine on the second floor was broke. The breakfast was very good and had a nice selection to choose from. The dining area was very clean.

Disappointed in breakfast!
Breakfast was awful. They ran out of coffee. I was expecting a hot breakfast but apparently that’s only on weekdays, not weekends! Waffle batter machine didn’t work. No milk. I went to desk and asked for more coffee. She did come and check the supplies but NO HOT BREAKFAST!

Got to the hotel, they didn’t had the room i paid for. They ended up giving me another one and i had to pay more. Desk person didn't know what she was doing. She run mi card several times. Expedia charged me for a the roo. The hotel charged me the whole amount too. Elevator didn't work. They advertised cribs. They don't have them. Drains in bathroom were clogged and water goes very slow. Overall bad experience with expedia and hotel.
