When we got to our room the door was not even closed and locked as the door was open. we did not have any face cloths. They gave us towels to use for face cloths. We had a kitchen and when I asked about a tea towel or dish cloth I was told I had to provide them myself. We paid a pet deposit and the hotel never gave it back. There was no damage to the room and still never gave it back. I would not recommend this hotel.

Everything was great except shortly after arriving in our room, 2 men entered. Front desk said they were checking the room, but they didn't knock or anything. What if we weren't dressed?

Staff was friendly and they had a large grassy area that my dog enjoyed. Attached restaurant had good food. Room could have been a little cleaner but the bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet.

Property is very dated
Property is extremely dated. Lots of things don’t work. Bathroom was a little scary looking- hangers for towels are rusting. Our friends had a room that has a very strange looking bed inside with a frame around the bed frame that’s probably from the 1960s. This property needs an insane amount of upgrading. We stayed on the 3rd floor and kept hearing rattling from the roof, thought might have been a raccoon or rat, but it was a bunch of pigeons. The roof must be paper thin. As we can hear these noise while we were sleeping. Breakfast was good.

This has been the worst hotel i ever stayed at minimum cleaning was done i paid for executive room with a jet tub . The jets dont work . The mirrors werent cleaned , found blood stains on my pillow and what makes it worse is i use to clean rooms so i know the standards a room should have and this one does not . As well i left that night instead of finishing my stay

Very nice well appointed rooms. Very comfortable suites, with large tvs in the bedroom and living room. Unfortunately the floor in room was very dirty, there was some debris behind night table and one of the tv remotes did not work. Also found out the pool and hotbtub areas were closed for a future renovation when I checked in. Apparently it has been closed for a long time now. I did not see this mentioned when I booked. The pool was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. Overall very nice property, need to step up housekeeping and fix the pool and make it clear that is is closed on the website.
