Overall was an amazing stay! the only thing was when we checked in they didn’t warn us or let us know when housekeeping usually checks rooms and when housekeeping came my friend and I were sleeping as we got to the hotel at 3am and the door was opened and it scared me awake. Other than that, the room was nice, the breakfast was really nice too and the staff were kind

Very Pleased!
Our room was ready and we were able to check in early. Room was very clean and comfortable. Shower had lots of hot water and good pressure. Was a wonderful room at a very good price.

Unfortunately the ARC has gone down the last year or so. Something is always broken in the room, seems like they are letting it go and not repairing or updating. Sad, really enjoyed it when they first took over.

My stay at the Arc was amazing, the room was amazing it was the multi-room suite. The bed was amazing the shower was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the place was clean quiet and safe. My wife and I had been on the road for about 2 weeks and this was without a doubt the best night sleep we had during the trip.
