We haven't had any serious issues with this facility. This is our 7th or 8th time staying here and the rooms have been top notch and the staff is always friendly and helpful. We highly recommend ARC in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, competitive with more expensive brands. Not many restaurants in walking distance, but plenty in a short drive. All in all quite good.

The carpet was nasty and should have been replaced a long time ago. The room smelled probably because of the carpet. If the carpet was replaced this probably would be a good place to stay. Now, cannot recommend. there are better options. I would give the staff a zero for allowing this room to be occupied in this condition.

Our first time staying here in Fort Smith though we do come through for an over night a couple times a year. Excellent facility under new ownership. Clean with comfortable rooms and bed. Traveling with our cat.
