We didn't end up staying at the property, it didn't feel safe when we arrived! People were partying all over the place and the 4 locks and metal grated door was at least nerve-wracking with little kids. I contacted the owner to let her know we didn't stay and crickets!

Well worth the price
When we very first arrived there was a couple staying on vacation having an aggressive argument and screaming very loud. One dog that barked a couple times. But overall it was very quite. The people were respectful and Kate provided us with everything we need including soaps, cleaning supplies, towels, cooking supplies and spices etc. Didn’t see a single bug it was very nice and clean.

Great Stay!
The unit was super clean and even bigger than I was expecting. The pool was nice, and everything was where the owner said it would be. I had a difficult time finding the unit originally, however it was the middle of the night and very dark when I arrived from the airport. I would stay here again for sure.

Very clean inside. Adequate amenities. Area was disappointing - a bit “rough.” OK for us guys fishing. Probably not good for family. No working smoke detectors. I bought one at Walmart for temp use during our stay.

Great place to stay
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It worked perfectly for our small family. The pool was lovely and very conveniently located just around the corner. Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for an affordable, comfortable place to stay.

Property was very nice and clean. Very comfy livingroom with 2 sofas. Beds comfy. Had everything we needed and host supplied us with a blender as requested. Pool and pool area was nice but was NOT HEATED and was very cold...listing said heated pool. No communication with host during our stay and could not ask questions on VRBO site once our stay started. But we enjoyed our time in fort myers and surrounding areas.

Very Disappointing
The blind in the living room didn't open. TV reception was terrible and there was little to watch - few channels. No laundry in condo - had to use common laundry. There should have been some type of guide from the owner about amenities. Kitchen faucet is backwards - hot water to right, not left. Kitchen had minimal dishes, flatware, etc. No teaspoons. Should have been more information prior about assigned parking spot and where unit was in the building.

Kitchen was very under stocked with cooking utensils , and, for paying the large amount for cleaning they should at least clean better. It was pretty cold when we were there and had to use the furnace and when we did it stunk so bad had to buy candles.

perfect get-away
I was surprised by what was included. Beach towels, ziploc bags, and a few other things that I could use and not have to go to the store and purchase. Glad to have had the extra bedroom my spouse was so tired he was snoring up a storm so I moved in there. Easy to find laundry and pool and great directions and communication with the owner. The only down side was someone kept parking in our parking spot. Owner said she would have it towed but I didn't want a person to pay that kind of money during the holidays. Probably just needs a post it note stuck to his window to not park there. This was my first time at this property but my husbands second, I would definitely use again.

Awesome
We enjoyed the privacy of location! Stayed there due to a wedding. Enjoyed the pool, separate bathrooms, and friendly people. The only thing I would recommend for the owner is a better wifi connection. We will definitely use this VRBO rental if we are going back to FL!

GPS location
The property was perfectly fine for our stay and it was nice there are 2 separate bathrooms. My only thing was where the GPS was having me look for a parking spot... It's actually around back of the condos. You would think sometimes staying in a condo with assigned parking that you would have an issue when others know people do not stay at the address consistently, but I never had an issue with someone being in the assigned slot. Those that I talked to in the complex were friendly and helpful when asking about local restaurants. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
