I changed rooms due to finding the previous tenants belongings in my "fresh" room. upon changing rooms there was also a huge stain on my floor from a mess improperly cleaned, and the Tub was full of water. the concierges are not trained in anyway to be friendly or helpful with the area, they do not greet you as you come and go either. there was construction in the lobby my entire stay, and there was no compensation for such. the hot tub jets were broken almost the entire stay. the elevator buttons were broken and needed to be pressed multiple times or a certain way to call the elevator. will never be staying at an embassy again. hard pressed to stay at a hilton as well, but that is less avoidable with some travel plans.

The breakfast was really good with even eggs and omelets. There was a nice hot tub and pool. I especially liked having a separate bedroom/living room with desk, couch, chair and a small kitchen area with refrigerator and microwave. The staff were very kind and great customer service.

We needed to do laundry but service was not available due to renovation. Breakfast was nice and also we were allowed to do late check out at 01:00 pm which was quite helpful, Overall, it was good experience.
