The bartender at night for the social event is not social and rude. Everything in the room seemed old and a lot of stains on the floor and huge stain on the seat part of a little grey chair that’s there in the living room space.

The entire staff was nice and helpful. The beds were so high that I needed to find something to step on to get into the bed. I am 4'11". The TVs keep becoming snowy when a program ended. I was told that the hotel would be renovated next month. Hopefully, the decor will match.

I've observed the decline of this hotel
Have stayed here numerous times and watched the decline. Room was not very clean, including the clump of hair in the tub drain, and the bath tool with a large brown stain on it. Shampoo bottle dispenser was empty. Asked to have refilled, never happened. Only decaf coffee pods in the room. Asked front desk 3 times, was told: we have none, I'll have them sent up and then again we have none. Also asked the housekeeper cleaning the room next door, and she didn't understand English and handed me a cup. I could add more but hopefully you get the point. I will not be returning to your facility again.
