The facility was very clean and nicely appointed. The room was very comfortable. Our check in was slow due to the front desk personnel having a phone call last very long. The approach street was not well marked so we missed it on our first arrival. Lighting or a flag would have helped.

Overall, no real issue. It was a good stay and will definitely stay there again. I guess the only thing that could be better is their breakfast, which was ok to say the least.

I had a wonderful stay at this quiet and clean hotel! The friendly staff, hot breakfast with daily variety, and comfortable king-size bed made our experience enjoyable. What impressed me most was the exceptional customer service. I reported a TV issue on my way out, and by the time I returned to the hotel (after realizing I had forgotten my charger and had to come back), I was amazed to find that the problem was already being resolved. The manager and technician were incredibly prompt and efficient. My only suggestion for improvement would be to install larger shower heads with handheld attachments. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and great value.

Arrived and had to holler for the young lady since the front desk was unmanned. No smile or welcome. Seemed to not know whether room was ready or what to do when we arrived at 3:15 (check in at 3 we were told). When we left we had to hunt down the same receptionist who was chatting up and distracting the breakfast attendant who was cleaning and closing breakfast area. I told her I was checking out and then she went to resume her conversation. I told her she had a line at the front desk she was totally oblivious to. Morning priority should be staying at your post to handle check out. Simple job. Room was a good size for us w sofa bed and 2 queens. Bathroom clean, shower hot w good pressure and ac cold. Sheets had too much polyester in them so 2 of the 4 of us overheated during the night. I found bed comfy but husband felt it was too hard. Would stay there again for price and location.
