Hello. In my room the top bedspread had a reddish lip print of lipstick on it as well as the top sheet. The front desk clerk had me gather my things, go back downstairs to get a key for a room 2 doors away from where I was! They could have just brought me up the key and save me the trip since I was so tired. The next morning I was awakened by very, very loud noise in the room next door to me!! I thought maybe it was the laundry room and the machines was noisy. At checkout time, I complained about the loud noise and was told the the people were asked to leave but I should have also called to complain. I told her that I was already moved once and was trying to sleep!!!! My stay was awful. The carpet in the halls are so nasty! Large stains everywhere! I was so disappointed.

I wouldn’t normally stay at Best Western but this one surprised me. Compared to some states this was like an upgraded BW and I didn feel like I was staying in a ghetto, this Florida location was very clean , staff was very professional and pleasant, incidentals was a one time hold not daily. Location is very central and safe.
