Tropical Family Home in Ft. Myers Beach on popular North End. Dog Friendly!

A fun yet relaxing tropical house in quiet residential neighborhood with a screened-in porch, propane BBQ grill, patio, fully-equipped kitchen, Keurig, drip coffee maker and French Press, Wi-fi, beach supplies and more.

Main ensuite bedroom has a King bed, full bathroom and access to the screened-in porch. Guest room 1 has a King bed, ample storage and a full closet. Guest room 2 has a Queen bed, dresser and closet. The living room sleeper sofa unfolds to another queen sized bed to accommodate extra guests.

The white sand beach is a quick walk away. We supply a beach cart, towels and chairs. Located on the popular North End of Fort Myers Beach, the house is 1.5 blocks from multiple restaurants, bars, nightlife, shopping, Times Square and the powder-soft sands of our world famous Beach. Enjoy boating, fishing, waterspouts, parasailing, paddle boarding, kayaking in the mangroves with manatees & dolphins plus more.

Fine or casual dining options are available on the island. Ft. Myers, Estero, Bonita Springs and Naples are a short drive.

We are dog friendly ($100 fee) but unfortunately cannot accommodate cats.

Hearing impaired fire alarm available upon request.

*1 Bed/1 Bath downstairs apartment that sleeps 4 may also be available for larger groups. Please inquire about availability.*

One week minimum rental from Saturday to Saturday. Main renter MUST be at least 25 years old.

Great week !
This was a great place to stay! The house was super clean! We didn't need anything at all! From beach chairs to towels and wagons--washer and dryer ... you name it! Our trip was a breeze! Great place!

Clean, Comfortable Home and Great Location!
This house is within walking distance of the beach, bars, restaurants, and town Square. Don’t waste money on the rental car, traffic is so heavy on the main road that you can walk faster. Jim and Anne have thought of every little detail and have all of the basic necessities you will need along with being gracious hosts! I would definitely recommend their home to anyone!

Convient, roomy property with everything you need.
Great location for beaches, shopping and restaurants. Owners were fairly friendly and great to work with. The property is very comfortable and had all the amenities necessary for a great vacation.
