Location, location, location! I would give it four stars just for that. Just across the street from the beach which was so great. Our teenagers could walk to the shops and beach without us worrying. The porch overlooking the Main Street is super relaxing and fun.
Do NOT expect anyone to sleep on the pull out full size couch bed. The mattress felt like hard springs covered by a thin piece of material. Basically, there is a king size bed in one bedroom and a full size in the other. So, that is it.
Having beach towels there and two lawn chairs was nice. The umbrella was completely broken from previous guests so we couldn’t use that. Also, plan on bringing your own toilet paper and paper towels is you plan on staying any length of time. They stated they would provide a starter but you are responsible for the rest. That is fine but I had no idea of that early in the week before we ran out! Not good.
Also, the email you receive upon confirmation states they will be in touch 48 hours prior to your arrival. This was not the case. When I did get ahold of someone, they stated they would send an email the morning upon our arrival which they did but it should have said that in the email, not 48 hours. I thought our booking wasn’t happening.
Overall, great experience because of the location. If we stay here again I will be more prepared and not have the space for my entire family of 5 because it really doesn’t have the accommodations for that many people.
