This efficiency unit includes a fabulous Full Kitchen with new appliances - including that of so important dishwasher - granite countertops and a Breakfast Bar for three. A room divider separates the Living Room with its large screen TV and sleeper sofa from the Master Bedroom which features a king-sized bed. The Full Bath features a large vanity with granite countertop and shower/tub combo. A spectacular panoramic island view of the island is yours from the 10th floor open air balcony to take in the Bay waters, the sugar white sand beach, and the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

For your convenience, there are on-site laundry facilities, elevators, secured lobby entrance, BBQ grills and ample open parking. There's free cable TV service and free WIFI in the condo! All linens and towels (including beach towels) supplied.

PLEASE NOTE: There is no washer/dryer in this unit. Laundry facilities are located on the ground floor and are available to all residents and guests of Estero Beach & Tennis Club. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Scheduled to re-open January 2025, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again.
