The road needs to be fixed. I "reserved" a king size bed. Ended up with 2 twins. I asked about the sudden change. Guy at desk said he upgraded me to a better view. I told him, I don't plan on staying in the room. He said it's better than having a king size with a dumpster view? Not sure what. "Reserved" means anymore...

We absolutely love it here. We have stayed here twice and will be back again. The rooms decor is beautiful. The pool is amazing and the restaurants have excellent food. You don’t ever have to leave the resort and it’s across the street from the beach!

Great stay on ft myers beach.
Amazing stay. Mel hooked me up with an upgrade when I told her I needed quiet and didn't want to overlook the bar. Room was spacious and so comfy! The pool was great ( altho I would have liked a choice of an area without the loud speakers as I was listening to a book ) The elevator wasn't working for 2 days and had to walk up to 4th floor, which might have been a big problem for some guests. One other problem was no water bottles in the pool area. Such a waste for the environment. I get wanting to sell drinks , but they could inspect the contents and save a bunch of plastic ending up on the beach.

Great place! As a heads up, you are not permitted to take your own cup/water bottle into the pool area, even if it’s empty. I thought that was really odd. And the shower knobs and I had a few battles before I finally got the right combination to adjust the water on the correct shower head! lol. Otherwise, the property and staff were absolutely amazing!!!

Yes, we are so glad we stayed at Margaritaville. They did have the pool cleaned after Milton. All the restaurants were open. We had a great time. Great location.
