Important Note: This apartment had no damage from hurricanes in 2024. Everything is perfect here. Beaches are beautiful, heated pool is relaxing and welcoming. Thankfully the island restaurants and bars are also back up and going in fun island style!

Elegantly and comfortably remodeled upstairs unit. Luxurious linens and bedding. All the comforts of home plus a sparkling pool. The beach is only one block away and Times Square is just a walk or a short bike ride. 2 private bedrooms as well as a guest chest murphy style bed for additional guests. Be one of the first to stay in this beauty

The Space:
Each room is private with top quality mattresses and linens. The living area is spacious and bright. It truly feels like a beach paradise the moment you step foot on our property. This apartment has large private screen porch with both a conversation area and dining area. Stepping outside your door you have a glistening pool as well as other shared outdoor spaces.

Guest Access:
In addition to your private apartment, you have all access to outdoor spaces, including front porch, back lanai with pool as well as side sitting area outside your door. There is laundry available in the garage you're welcome to use.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet neighborhood just off the main Estero Blvd. Dead end street makes this a peaceful nook with quick and easy access to anything you could want/need on our island. Getting Around:
Free Island tram stops one block away for easy transportation. Service goes from 8am-11:30pm daily. A tram should come by approximately every 15-25 minutes depending on traffic

Great place!
Spent 5 days here with all the amenities we needed. Beautiful pool area, quiet neighborhood. Communication with owner was easy with quick response. Definitely will stay here again!

Property was very clean, well decorated, quiet neighborhood. Loved the screen porch to read a book or to just enjoy the calming breeze. I would have liked a light over the sink for the kitchen when cooking. Understand there is a reason for the lights flickering but it was unfortunate. Thanks to the property manager for the quick response to any concerns.

Best vacation ever!
Our family of 5 from Michigan (kids 7,11,13) stayed for 7 days in one of the upstairs units. Everything from the check-in process to the check-out process was well prepared. The property was very clean and well equipped inside and outside. The pool, the playroom and the 3min walk to the amazing beach left no time to be bored. A special thank you to Angie for all her hard work to make this a wonderful experience for our family!
