Lovely, fully equipped, open floor plan, top floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with a beautiful view of Estero Bay. Only a five-minute walk to the most beautiful white sand beach, the widest part of the beach on the Island. Besides the beach, your options are endless. Walk the beach, swim in the heated pool. The sauna is under repair from Hurricane Ian. Play tennis/pickle ball or shuffleboard, fish from the docks on the property. Walk to the Santina Plaza or Publix, or take the beach trolley to Times Square and the downtown area. Our sunsets are spectacular! Under building covered private parking and storage, elevator, and keyless entry. Master bedroom suite has a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and semi-en suite bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 2 flat screen TVs, 50" in the living room and 42" in the primary bedroom. Internet, Netflix, Prime TV, beach chairs and umbrellas, bicycles, fishing rods, beach and pool towels, beach cart, coolers. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, and the complex has a resort style heated pool, barbecues and more. Just unpack and enjoy.

The Publix grocery store is a few blocks north and have everything you need. A CVS pharmacy is located in the Santini Plaza a few blocks south along with a liquor store and more.

The Bay Village Condominium Association is still doing some post hurricane construction work on the common areas to include the tennis court. As a result, the condo association is requiring all owners, guests & renters to sign a construction disclaimer/waiver prior to occupancy. We will send a copy of the disclaimer/waiver after your booking reservation.

A TWO WEEK MINIMUM STAY IS REQUIRED, Bay Village Condo Association rules. THE CONDO IS LOCATED ON THE 2ND FLOOR AND AT THE PRESENT TIME STAIRS ARE REQUIRED. The elevator is scheduled to be operational soon. The Condo Association has NO SMOKING and NO PETS RULES.
