119 Bay Mar - VitaminSea Beautiful Home on Quiet Street Near the Beach

119 Bay Mar is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home located in the middle of Fort Myers Beach. A wonderful location on a quiet street, near the grocery store and just a short walk from the beach!

The upstairs section of the home features the main kitchen with all standard appliances, a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower and two bedrooms each with a king bed. The master bedroom also has a large attached bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The downstairs section of the home has another small kitchen, full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bedroom with queen bed. The living room downstairs has two sleeper sofas and a full-size washer and dryer. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

Outside is a beautiful porch that wraps around the front and side of the home. The front area is screened in. The area around the side of the home is not screened in but has a large seated gathering space overlooking the yard! On the left side of the home is a fenced area with outdoor shower to rise off after the beach. Beach Access is a 5-minute walk, located across from Anchorage Street.

We would like to note that there may still be construction occurring or construction materials near the property as a result of post Hurricane Ian renovations.

This unit is pet-friendly with a 2-pet limit, pets are limited to dogs only. A written request at the time of booking is required to bring any animal, including pets, emotional support animals, and service animals. A non-refundable $200/animal fee applies for pets and emotional support animals. The fee will be added to your booking total, with applicable taxes when we receive your Official Animal Request to our email. Additional charges will be added for each unauthorized animal if animals are brought without permission.

$100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.

This property is restricted to monthly rentals during peak season (Jan - Mar). Rentals must be from the beginning to the end of the month, multi-month rentals are available. Shorter stays may be available during summer and fall months.

This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival.
