The property is centrally located in Fort Mohave putting you 30 minutes from Lake Mohave, 25 minutes from Laughlin, NV, 60 minutes from Lake Havasu, 90 minutes from Las Vegas, 15 minutes from Oatman’s Ghost Town and 2 /12 hours from the southern rim of the Grand Canyon.
The surrounding area has several golf courses, restaurants/bars, grocery stores and other retail locations such as Target, Kohls, Walmart and Ulta and much more. *rates do not include the heating of the pool. Guest will be responsible for any gas bills over $200.
