The property has one elevator which was out of order. They don't tell you it was out of order until after checking in. Then my room was one the 4th floor. Had I known the room was on the 4th floor and no elevator I would have canceled the reservation and gone elsewhere. That should be told before check in. I left a night early because of this. Also by Sunday afternoon no washcloths available. Not sure how long the elevator had been down but the way the staff acted it did not just happen. I also noticed that about 1/2 the guest laundry machines were out of service. No way I would want to stay a week there having to haul everything up to the 4th floor

For the cost to only get 1 pillow per guest and over powering smell of bleach was a bit much bathroom was not the cleanest ive stayed in. Chairs had coverings coming off if you brushed against them or used them.

Room was bare bones. Not in terrible condition, just old. No comforter, only top sheet and thin “quilt”. Had to turn heat on to stay warm. First night I went to plug in my phone on the nightstand and power went off. Lights in main room never turned back on nor did tv work. At least bathroom did so charged my phone in there. Only stayed one more night or would have mentioned it to front desk. First night sounded like people were running back and forth;either my level or above.

My stay at woodspring suites was overall good. The staff were very welcoming. My onliest complaints are that the elevator was out of service and I stayed on the third floor as well as there was no internet connection

Its ok if there are no other options
The only elevator was broken, the side door was broken so you could not enter, only exit. Kids handprints on the wall. Tiny room for 2 people. No ice machine. Bring your own everything including dishes. However, it was clean and the bed, comfortable. Pet owners not picking up and I exited to find a loose dog and his owner, smoking, telling me "his dog is friendly". (Yeah well, made it hard to control mine!) Lots of shady folks wandering in the parking lot. Didnt feel all that safe. Front desk folks, indifferent.

I enjoyed my stay overall. I knew going in, I get what I pay for. This was $120/night including fees for a 2 bed suite. Meaning a full kitchen (unstocked). No couch (so, I guess not really a suite). The entire property smells like weed. The outside of the property is kept really nice being it is the area of multiple hotels. The inside has really good a/c, but the day we visited there was no Wi-fi and the elevators were down. The floors of our room felt dirty while looking clean. The shower felt like it would fall through to the floor below with no included soaps. The maids are doing their best to keep up with cleaning and making the hallways smell nice,but it seems to be quickly overtaken by weed smell. I feel this is becoming a common factor everywhere. I guess weed smell is the new "fresh air". Kind of a shame. Overall, if I wanted to clsave a decent amount of money over really enjoying the hotel, I would stay here again, but I believe for a bit more the nearby suites hotels are probably nicer.
