Villa Tropical is perfectly appointed for entertaining both indoors and outdoors. Located in the prestigious waterfront neighborhood of Seven Isles, located off Las Olas Boulevard, walking distance to the famous shops, galleries, entertainment, and restaurants on Las Olas Boulevard and less than a mile from the sandy shores of Fort Lauderdale Beach. This location can’t be beat! Luxurious 2 story, waterfront home with 7 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms including office. Most bedrooms have their own private en-suite bathroom. Villa Tropical allows up to 14 adults and 2 children under age 13, for up to 16 total guests. Large primary bedroom with oversized walk-in closet, and spacious bathroom with shower, soaking tub, and dual sinks. The primary suite opens to a large balcony with a comfortable sitting area, overlooking the pool and waterway. All en-suite guest-rooms are comfortably sized, and come fully equipped with luxury bed linens, fresh bath towels, bath soaps, shampoo and conditioner. Soaring ceilings in the comfortable living room have large windows allowing lots of natural light. Here you will find a wine room, adjacent to the warm and spacious family room. Villa Tropical has a large office with plenty of space to spread out while working remotely; equipped with a desk, printer, and a full size sofa bed. Designed for entertaining, the kitchen boasts top of the line appliances, fit for all your cooking and catering needs, with a large dining area that has surrounding views of the canal. Beautiful outdoor area with covered patio, a new state of the art outdoor dining kitchen with covered gazebo, large heated saltwater pool and spa. Just steps from the pool is a large over-sized full power dock to accommodate up to a 60' boat, and swift ocean access with no fixed bridges, all make this a perfect vacation spot!

Just had the pleasure of seeing a stunning waterfront home in Florida, and it was absolutely breathtaking! Don’t hesitate to book this property. It is so clean and has everything you could need. The property manager is super responsive and really helped make our stay perfect. We fit three families comfortably with some of the kids sharing rooms. The house is decorated beautifully and the neighborhood is lovely. We will surely book it again.

After a few hiccups with VRBO booking online, Jessica reached out to me immediately. She was very engaging and informative about the neighborhood. The house was amazing and well equipped. Like previous comments the lights were a little confusing and the mosquitoes were very aggressive. I recommend picking up lots of repellent spray and citronella candles. Overall, it was an amazing property, relaxing vacation and I would definitely return.

Perfection location for a family get together! The home's location is so peaceful, you forget that you are in Ft. Lauderdale near Las Olas Blvd. The host was quick and responsive for any questions we had during our stay. The house was lovely!

Great location, huge house, and fantastic outdoor space!
We stayed at this property for my 40th birthday and it was fantastic! The house has tons of private rooms, we had 9 people stay and everyone (some couples) had their own bedroom with en suite. We spent the majority of our time outside - the pool is delightful and large - the outdoor living space has tables, loungers and bar space with a grill. We only left the property twice, once to indulge at Chima Steakhouse which is so close you can walk off the meat sweats when you are done and also for brunch on Las Olas. Downtown FLL and the beach are very close, but really no need to leave the property - it's private with so much space to make it your own escape.
