Horrible place. Dirty and lots of bugs. The floor was so filthy it was disgusting. It was obviously not cleaned. The additional charges are ridiculous. Adds up to more than the room rate *** I added an extra night to my reservation because my daughter was sick and needed to sleep. The hotel charged me a late check out fee and early check in fee which made no sense since I added another full day/night to the reservation and paid in full. When I tried to talk to them about this they were soooo RUDE and made me pay and it was more than the actual room reservation. Never in my life has that ever happened. I highly recommend you find another place. Literally any other place would be better.

The same hotel ownership group owns a slew of these kitchenette/studio rentals. (Peligrino, Palms, Dolphin, Greniers, Sea Spray, etc.) They're ALL falling apart, and apparently maintained by blind handymen. Unpainted drywall patches. Missing handles on plumbing fixtures. Cover plates missing on electric outlets. The shower whistles/screams loudly enough that I'm sure other units could hear it. Visable black mold growing in the AC unit vents. There are most likely health dept. violations, and most definitely building code violations all over these properties. For this price per night....you could definitely do better. If these people owned apartment complexes, you could call them slum lords.

My overall stay was ok. However the rooms advertised did not look Like anything in the pictures. the bathroom had caulk all over the sink. The towel rack was rusted. The room wasn’t cleaned properly and the towels that were in the room were dirty. My initial check in was easy and the gentlemen was nice. If they are going to charge that amount of money for a room they should at least meet some type of standard. The rep upon checkout was insanely nasty and even over the phone she had an attitude. The room was not cleaned throughout my one week stay. I will not be coming back.Rooms shouldn’t be booked if they are still under construction. The door for the bathroom didn’t close and was falling apart with rusted hinges. The closet area was just as bad. 2 stars is being very generous. Please do better

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. Starting from the hotel staff to the room it was absolutely horrible and I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone! Hotel staff are extremely rude for no reason. The room I booked online was not the room they gave me plus it smelled disgusting and was very filthy with bugs inside. Dirty sheets and towels. Appliances not working and no water coming from the shower head. Very dirty place with even dirtier staff. I checked out early because I couldn’t stand staying there. Don’t waste your time or money at this filthy place

I’m very disappointed with the services, very noisy outside, very noisy inside, the stains of mold and mildew on the walls and floors, the strong smells of sweet chemicals to cover up the unpleasant smell of mold got into my hair, clothes and bedding. The bed was not very comfortable and I have to check out earlier to make sure I got cleaned up and did my laundry by checking in on another hotel
