This place was terrible. The grass was so overgrown, the stairs were black from not being cleaned. Overgrown trees onto the stairs. The entire property was unmanicured and actually looked abandoned. The couch/bed was so dirty as if never cleaned. I had to go to the store to buy sheets just to lay over it, it was that bad. The drawers on the dressers had no handles and had ties on them to open. There was no outside grill as advertised. The people staying there were definitely addicts and had ankle monitors on. I felt very unsafe here. I usually never leave a bad review but this all cannot go unsaid. The staff themselves were communicable. There were only two towels, which were stained. No was towel, etc. I actually packed and left a night early. So disappointed.

This is a very economical way to stay on Hollywood Beach and enjoy all it has to offer. Everything you could need is within walking distance. This is about the best deal you can find on Hollywood Beach.

Terrible parking we got blocked in and needed to leave for work and couldn’t also I call and there not open on a Sunday until 11am makes no sense but you need to checkout by 11 .also no toilet paper and sheets and towels and the doors don’t close u have to slam them it’s a horrible hotel don’t stay there ever …….

The Worst experience ever the rooms looked totally different from the photos, the ROOMS, Linens, Towels, and Rags were so filthy I had to go to a local Walmart to purchase cleaning supplies sheets towels and rags due to my grandmother's recent surgery we couldn’t relocate to another hotel.

Well located within seconds of central Hollywood Beach, Hollywood Broadwalk, near restaurants and shops, and entertainment. Noisy area, so don't come here if you want to relax! Old hotel appartment, with old amenities to almost none. Be advised that the two-storey building is not soundproof!

We showed up at the check-in at 8:20PM and the door sign said it is open. However, after knocking on the door and phone the office number for over 20 mins, there is no response. The office sign said it is open from 11am to 10pm and online said check-in is til midnight. We end up having to call Expedia for a relocation service after taking to 3 different agents who all have to call the property to confirm there is no check-in available first. Finally after 2 hours we were able to get check into another nearby property.
