We booked for January 1 and 2, 2025, prior to a cruise and again on the January 14, prior to our return home. We tried to cancal the 14th as we did not want to go back. But could not have our money back. This was easily the worse hotel we have been too. Black mold in shower. Chairs at pool were terrible and should have been in the garbage. Room are cleaned every 3rd day only. 7nless you read the fine print in the bathroom, stating we had to ask for room clean every day before 11 am. This was a dump. I even think we were bit by bed bugs. On second day we had bits all iver our body.I would not send my worse enemy there. I hope to get a full redund.

Pre cruise stay
The shuttle from the airport was very prompt. We had been up since 2am and appreciated this as well as the ability to check in early. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was in good shape and comfortable. Walls are thin so it can be a noisy if other guests are not considerate. There is a strip mall across the street with a couple of decent restaurants. About a mile up the street there are other restaurants and a Publix. The breakfast was a bit lacking but I would stay again.

We arrived early so had a little wait for check in. There was coffee in the lounge (could do with being stronger). We were given our room after about 30 mins, the receptionist was lovely and very informative. Our room is very clean, bed very comfortable. Overall a very good hotel that I would stay again,

The property looked clean on the main floor, the third floor smelled really bad. Really moldy, must or like weed. On of the three at any given time. Smell was so strong had to have the AC on for air at all times.

Refg, didn’t work took them 6 days to replace it. Only cleaned the room once and eight days and had to ask them to clean it, Very frustrating! Pool not working and was green inside of it🤮 😷 gross😡 Very bad part of town, We were walking down the side walk, Random people were yelling at us saying very bad language to me and my boyfriend, I was born in south Florida and never experienced that type of people!! And behavior 😢😡 And never seen a Hotel ran so terribly in my life‼️😡😡😡

The continental breakfast was terrible. Barely any items and they don’t seem to stock up once they run out of something. Pool area is very small and run down. Elevator was very rickety and the doors made an awful noise. We took the stairs in fear of it breaking down

I loved the shower it was so relaxing I felt so bussin. The one thing I did not like was that the coffee machine is on the sink inside the bathroom, that's very unsanitary
