Staff was gracious enough when the room key was broken. We were upgraded automatically for the whole stay without any issues. Highly recommend this place. Location was perfect. Steps away from the beach.

Great location, terrible beds
We had a good trip. The staff was wonderful and kind and the place is clean and I'm a wonderful location. They had 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella in every room to use for our stay and we loved that. They were doing construction the entire time we were there and the beds are terrible. I ended up at a chiropractor and needed a massage to make it through the week. Not sure we will pick this one again because of that. Also the rooms are kind of small and the only mirror is in the bathroom. So close to everything though, so we just didn't spend much time in the room.

The mattress was really bad , we both wake up with back pain because of that, we lost the cable signal two days before , we reported the issue and nobody went to fix the problem, We CANT SLEEP IF WE DONT WATCH TV at least for 30 minutes before I close my eyes, maybe it’s something banal, but it is important for Us!

We’ve stayed at the Hotel Sheldon a few times. I guess the fact that we keep coming back says it all. This is a smaller hotel but has all you can find in a larger hotel. It is impeccably clean! We always find the staff to be very pleasant - always smile and offer a brief greeting. Then there’s location, location, location! The Hotel Sheldon does not disappoint!
