The front desk people were very undesirable and non-friendly. They had way too many fees that were not explained on their website before arrival. The rooms were very, very nasty and dirty and they smelled horrible. Our door you had to slam in order to get it shut. We walked back from the beach twice, and our door was wide open because it would not latch. The blinds in our room would never open and one so completely out of the window. Our stove top did not work. I went out and found a worker and told them about it and no one ever showed up or even called. This was probably the worst vacation experience in my life and I will never ever return nor , advise anyone to stay here

Awesome place, close to the water. Only thing is the A/C in the living room is not enough to cool the whole apartment. Also whatever you do, DO NOT USE THE MICROWAVE AND OVEN AT THE SAME TIME!! You will be left without power !!

Roaches!!! The place looks nothing how it looks online. Barely any cleaning was done , and there was so many roaches I asked to be switched to a different room, they did offer a better one across the st from main office but still the floor was dirty. They need to do a lot of updates and exterminate.

We were amazed by the size of the room. However, is is STARK and BARE. Absolutely bare bones, no chairs! one couch, no place to sit but the bed ...but easily sleeps 5 maybe 6, just nothing to sit on. One flimsey table. Note: NO dishes in the room, you have to ask for them (we got two plates, a cup, a few utensils, etc for a family...hmmmm. Room had sand all over the floor when we arrived (no vacuuming?) and especially all over the edges of the floor of the bathroom. Smelled great-- but i think the mop pushed around a ton of sand. Nice nice beds however, very happy with the comfort (after we put the queen bed back together that had come apart HA). Location is GREAT. Quiet area, GREAT Breakfast i have to say that was the best and the \size of the room. We had to ask for a broom to clean the floors ourselves but we are not too above doing that.

I didn’t realize we had to ask for room dishes and cutlery and beach towels. This wasn’t communicated to us nor was it written. Love being a hop from the beach and a perfect walk to the shops. Rooms were big and spacious could use a dresser in the room or someplace to put my luggage.

This hotel was absolutely terrible! We arrived late at night and were unable to find the office to check in. We figured out it was in a different building down the street. We arrived there and they were unable to find my reservation that I had made months in advance. Eventually after a long process we got our room. We walked back to a separate building and entered the room. We were greeted with a gross musty smell, a hot room without air conditioning, sand all over to floor, stained bed sheets, and a toilet that did not flush. The room looked nothing like the photos and was very outdated. We checked out a few hours later and were told by the front desk that they would not refund us. Next to the front desk was a prize wheel that could be spun if a 5 star review was left. This proves that most reviews were fake and only left for a prize! After arriving back home, I called the hotel and explained what happened to ask for a refund, only to get hung up on! I called back and was again immediately hung up on! Very unprofessional and overall a terrible experience. Please please do not stay here!

Check in was packed so be prepared to wait. You will be charged for “room fees and parking” which was to be expected as it’s right on the beach. When we checked into our first room we immediately found a roach in our closet. When we went back to the office they were polite and checked us into a new room. This room was much better, however, this room too had bugs. The rooms were VERY dirty. The location was the only reason we stayed. We were also overcharged $45 for an “extra guest” by hotels.com but that was not any fault of the hotel.
