The beautiful and newly renovated apartments and studios at Sunset Shores Apartments are the perfect getaway in the optimum location just few blocks away from the beach, fine dining and all the action of Pompano Beach.
The apartments and studios have a minimalistic design with a unique distribution and comfort, plus all the necessary amenities including a full kitchen that will guarantee the experience of your life.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
This apartment is at the first floor. It has 1 queen size bed in the master bedroom for 2 guests and 1 queen size sofa bed in the living room for 2 guest.
1 full bathroom is located outside of the master bedroom.

* FREE PARKING SPACES outside of the property. Self Parking. You don't need a parking permit tag.
* LAUNDRY ROOM (COMMON AREA) from 4pm to 9am.

Great location

Sunset Shores is about 3 blocks to the beach. This is my second year staying here. My suggestions would be: A heated pool, clean and newer coffee pot, more utensils, and cutlery. Also - Sunset Shores is now pet friendly. However, even after a lengthy email was sent telling tenants that “no pets should be allowed in the pool area, ( and there are 2 signs posted saying such) at least 6 dogs roamed freely throughout the day for all 4 weeks I was there.

Great Beach Stay

Wonderful location, 5-7 minute walk to a quieter beach and to restaurants. Was great for our family vacation. Had two units - units 2 & 3. Unit 2 did smell a little musty, unit 3 was ok. Great to have a beach chair and umbrella in unit 3. Used the kitchen appliances, etc. all was great. Nice to have access to the laundry as well. Pool was cold, but we didn’t stay in summer, kids still swam in it a bit. All in all a great stay!!

Pompano Visit

We loved the location, and that it had a pool. I let the property manager know that there were not enough lounge chairs for 13 units. Our first weekend, we did not have an opportunity to sit by the pool with only 4 lounge chairs. they said they would escalate this, but I never heard back from them. Also, the floors were not clean. The place was large enough for 2 people and the kitchen was perfect. 3 large wall to wall closets were more than adequate.
