Very clean and comfortable resort. The staff were very accommodating and fun. Love the adults only bungalows, the beach was beautiful and we love the extra amenities.

This resort adds on so many fees that the fees cost more than the actual cost of the stay i booked through expedia. The hotel was run down the room was old and the hallway carpet was stained and smelled like mold. The room had no kitchen. No fridge. They also do not run ac in the hallway or the elevator so its really hot in those area. There was ONE elevator and it was the slowest elevator on the planet. The pool heater was broken.it felt nothing like a resort it was basically just a glorified hotel. I will never stay here again NOT worth the price.

Money grab.
My room was lovely. The staff was incredibly nice and responsive. My complaint is that the place felt like an overly opportunistic money- grab. Some misleading costs, too. For example, I was under the impression that parking was free for one car but at check in I was told it was 25 bucks a night to park. The displayed cost said 20 bucks a night. There’s a 40 dollar a night ‘recreation, fee. When I asked about it being waved on my arrival cuz I didn’t get in til after 7PM and was leaving before 7AM I was told that it covered my leaving day use of facilities on my last day! Underutilized everything cuz of the high winds and drizzling rain the four days I was there. No free breakfast or even coffee ( in the. Room). I stayed at two other places while in Florida while visiting and much preferred the up-front, all- inclusive pricing I got at the other two places I stayed..

Overall it was a good stay for two nights before leaving on a cruise. Beach was great! Pool was small and the water was cold but the kids still loved it. Room smelled a little musty but was clean.

We were not able to use our VIP Amenity because there were 30 men at the bar with only 1 person working it ! We had to leave and find somewhere else to eat. We gave our free drink tickets away. So disappointing they left this man to work alone causing you to loose customers that were staying at the hotel 😡

It is a dated hotel with low budget simple rooms, but the view is incredible and there is a great deal of really good dining options near by. The staff is very friendly as well. You will have a daily resort fee and a $20/ day parking fee if booking by a third party.
