Hot spot in a hot spot!
Was an awesome stop at the Neptune facility. Happened on it via hotels.com and was pleasantly impressed. The directions couldve been made way more clear on where the front office was located, but that was a minor set back. Nice complimentary breakfast as well. Room and the view were fabulous! Definitely would stay there again.

A place to relax
9/10 I just wanted somewhere quiet that I could sit by the beach, read, & relax. I didn't choose to come to Fl, so I could at least pick where I got to relax at. This is right on the boardwalk, off of the beach, so if they're loud out on the boardwalk, or they're doing work on the beach, you hear it. (Not the hotel's fault, just something to keep in mind.) My issues: the electrical outlet next to the bed didn't work, the floor was covered in a fine layer of sand from the moment I walked in, if not before (& strands of fake green hair from Halloween), & there were still handprints on the headboard from the visitors before me. Otherwise, the room was spotless. No bugs. The shower was great: fantastic water pressure & hot water. The bed was comfortable. I had zero issues with the wifi, & I didn't use the parking.

The area is very nice but the rooms are dirty. Some have been somewhat remodeled. Mine was one of the ones that were supposed to have been remodeled the shower tile was old moldy and dirty. I reported to one of the cleaning ladies that there were reoaches even showed her one I killed, and said she would report it and in the five days I was there no one ever came. The broken refrigerator handle made it very difficult to open the door. There is no dresser or nightstand or anything to be able to put anything away. This hotel is in a great location but needs a lot of restructuring for the area in which it is located. Not worth the money paid for.

This was literally one of the most disgusting rooms I’ve ever stayed in! Black mold built up on the vents & creeping across the walls & ceiling. The floors were greasy. The amount of dust & crud in the sliding medicine cabinet mirrors in the bathroom actually made me gag. Had we needed to stay more than just a few hrs to sleep for one night, I would have definitely asked for our money back & left!

I loved the fact that I was directly on the beach front the property is a bit dated, but it satisfied what I was looking for which was a relaxing staycation on the beach. Check in was quick and easy apartment was cleaned daily which was a plus.

Horrible experience. I want a refund.
So horribly full of mold i never slept 1 night there They gave me the wrong room upon check in, which was a nightmare. Long lines and bad service. They switched my room, which still wasnt what i booked. Charged a hotel fee, 100.00 cleaning fee upon check it, a resort fee, and parking fee. I never slept there. They refused to give me a refund.
