As of parking, Hollywood Beach is PRIME real estate and as a result there isn't a lot of parking available and therefore it is not included in the price. However, we have included a QR code in our welcome package that you will need to scan in order for you get a parking pass, the cost of it is $21 daily. With this parking pass, you will be able to park in any PUBLIC parking space along the street or the garage directly beside the building. NOT local resident spaces or any numbered spaces. We will provide our welcome package one week before your check-in date.

Quick getaway

Unit was conveniently located, literally steps to the beach. Well stocked with cooler, beach chairs, and umbrella. Everything was clean. Kitchenette was well stocked. Easy access with keypad on door. Pool area was nice with plenty of loungers and tables. We didn't use the washer/dryer, located in the common area but saw that it was available.

Hollywood visit

It was clean. Not fond of pool location. It was closed in so no air could circulate. Beach was close. The combo lock was a pain. Bed comfy. I used small coffee pot. Had to find store to buy coffee. I had no car. You did advertise Netflix and Hulu but did not say one had to apply for membership. I did request coffee creamer which was delivered. Thank you

Great weekend getaway

Very nice little place to stay for a few days! 2 minute walk to the beach, a pool, right on the broadwalk to go out to eat, and a short Uber from the ft. Lauderdale/ Hollywood airport! Love how beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler are provided! Would stay again!

Delightful apartment!

Loved our stay at the Oasis! Just a block fromthe beach - an easy walk to restaurants, bars, etc. The apartment is adorable and thoughtfully outfitted. The murphy bed is very comfortable! And there’s a shared courtyard with tables & chairs where we sat out at night enjoying the beautiful weather. Thanks for a great stay!

This was a great escape from the snow up north. The place had everything i needed. It's a two minute walk to the pristine beach, near plenty of restaurants and shops, yet quiet and relaxing. Communicating with the host was top notch. Thanks!

Efficient apartment and great location

The most striking thing is the Murphy bed that folds down out of a cabinet by the wall. It is comfortable and easy to manage, and leaves you with a nice sofa and space to move around. The appliances are all major brands and in practically new condition. There is a huge refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster oven, and an induction hot plate, and ample pots, pans, and utensils. An especially nice touch is a Breville coffee machine that came with a supply of Nespresso pods. There is a nice common area outside with umbrella tables and chairs and an available gas BBQ. There is a nice looking pool, but we didn’t use it. Went to the Atlantic to swim though. The location is great for that and for walking on the boardwalk day and night. We felt very welcome here. notes: — My wife is short and she found the shower hard to reach and control. — There is not an included parking spot,, so be sure to contact the owner for a special rate they have for street parking.

Great value for what you get. Right on the beach, and feels safe. Clean and convenient. Coffee, toiletries, water bottles, and bath and kitchen. There's even towels, chairs, and bags for you if you need them for the beach. I will definitely consider staying here again

A place to lay your head

PROS The location is the absolute best thing about this place. It is truly steps from the beach which is fantastic The place is fully equipped including an electric grill, microwave with a lot of bells and whistles, keurig and all the kitchen needs for eating and cooking. I had a few issues while I was there and the hosts were very responsive and addressed the concerns quickly. CONS I didn’t realize there was a Murphy bed (my bad, it’s clear in the ad). It was quite comfortable but just not the experience I wanted havjng to pull down and put back up a bed every day. There were no pillows for the bed and no comforter, only a thin blanket. I used the couch pillows but not really ideal for sleeping. The place is really really small and had a strange smell which triggered my allergies. For these reasons, I did not want to spend time inside the unit at all other than to sleep. While the hosts have done a lot to make the most out of this place, the things most important to me - comfort ease and ambience - are missing. If you want a spot to lay your head after spending a day at the beach then this place will suite you.

Oasis Vacation

This property was absolutely perfect for a 6-day beach getaway for me and my husband. Even though the unit was small, it was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. It was extremely clean; the kitchenette had all the necessities, and the bed was very comfortable. The pool was private and very nice as well. Beach chairs and towels were provided, which was also very nice. The location is perfect, very quiet, steps from the beach and very convenient to lots of restaurants and shops. We took an uber from the airport and was able to walk everywhere we went. The host was wonderful to work with. Will definitely consider a return visit.

Rocky is our Hero!

Rocky opened his property to my daughter. We were looking for a place to get her out of the hurricane's path. Rocky’s place in Fort Lauderdale was available, and he got my daughter in quickly. He also checked in on her a couple of times. Thank you from a grateful dad.
