Cleaning Issue
The place was in an amazing location that was quiet and relaxing with great guest for neighbors. My only complaint was the uncleanliness of the room which was quite a surprise. I noticed the area underneath the bed seemed like it had not been cleaned on more than one occasion and had crumpled plastic bottles, and other items on the floor. I called the service number listed and the guy on the line informed me he would come in the morning to take care of the issue and clean room. The morning came and no service was provided. Upon checking out, I called the service number once again to ensure I checked out properly. This time I talked to Abey and he asked me about my stay. I informed him about the uncleanliness and he was shocked and highly apologetic that the room was not thoroughly clean for arriving guest. He stated the guy (cleaner) was heading out of town for the weekend and he wished I would have called him because he would have taken care of the problem immediately. I thanked him and said noted for next visit. Again, my only complaint was the uncleanliness under the bed and if I have future visits to Fort Lauderdale, I would stay here again.

Great Room Great place great everything
Was one of the best trips and hotel ( guesthouse )I have stayed at in a every long time, Owners were great friendly and kind. They are quite but do talk to you and make you feel like family not as a guest. The room I had was great roomy nice bed big comfy big tv. 2 nice pools Lap pools to use and a jacuzzi. Very quite and safe. Will always check to see if they have room for me before checking others.

Great place for vacations

The property was gorgeous. Loved the heated pool which was spectacular. I got to socialize with some of the other guests and it was wonderful. Everyone was friendly even the staff! I' recommend this place
