Issues happen
encountered a few minor issues upon check-in. I brought them to the staff’s attention, and they were handled promptly and professionally. The manager was particularly kind, personally apologizing and going above and beyond by offering breakfast as a gesture for the inconvenience. The staff’s quick response and excellent customer service really made a difference in my stay. I appreciate the manager’s attention to detail and willingness to make things right. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would stay here again.

Stayed here after a cruise. It was a beautiful property and close to port and airport. Only downside was not walking distance to anything but they had plenty of food options for our family. Definitely recommend!

2 very load and fowl smelling septic tank trucks outside my window when I woke up. I went on my balcony and almost threw up. Horrible. So wrong. The smell was crashing in my room and throughout the resort too.

The resort transports you to a bygone era while offering modern day luxuries. The staff are fantastic in every area and Lago Mar makes you truly feel as though you are their guest and they will see to it that you have a great experience. Pool bar during the day keeps you fed and hydrated while Acquario at night offers a top notch dining experience. We love it and think that you would too.
