My stay was unpleasant. The room was damp/wet from either the rain that fell or the air conditioner. Upon entering the room I was greeted with unpleasant scent that appeared to be coming from the area of the air conditioner. That area cause the entire room to smell like mold and mildew.

The whole experience was horrible. My room was switched 3 times before I was actually in a room. First room was not cleaned, second room had someone already in it when i tried to open the door, third room was moldy and the floors were wet. We were told they could not do anything about the rooms and had since theres no staff for cleaning and there were no other romms available. The rooms has roaches and the sink was clogged. No one came to clean our room and we were told we cant get clean towels before 3 days. Horrible experience added on to the fact I was there for my daughter's funeral. I would not recommend la quinta to anyone and I will not be staying there ever again. I actually believe I deserve a refund.

I love the area of the hotel, very convenient to malls and others shopping areas. My one problem was I kept seeing some small roaches. Then the AC was leaking which had the carpet wet and the room carried a scent. The breakfast needs more option. You can do better with breakfast.

Although we enjoyed our short stay, we did have an issue with the room. Upon arrival, the room had an odor and we found that was due to the AC leaking. The carpet was wet, and the odor was from the wet carpet. Also, secondary to a very sudden downpour of rain. The hallway flooded in front of our room. The good thing about it was that our room did not get flooded, but the hallway was flooded. However, once we spoke to the manager, within a few minutes or so, they were attending to the issue. Also, the beds were small to accommodate myself and Family, probably having double queen beds would make it a more comfortable stay.

Okay hotel
Okay, but need updating. Mold on the bathroom ceiling and bed spread has burn marks. The room I was put in was warm and the air couldn't be adjusted. I told the front desk about my complaint and they said they would check into switching me into another room but they never got back to me. I said it's only a few days stay so I let it be.
