I choose this location because of convenience.Hotel was clean and staff greeted and treated you with respect but that changed one morning when I went to the desk and racially profiled and disrespected by a staff named Steneil hopefully I said his name right because he told me don’t say it unless I can say it correctly.This have to be one of the most disrespectful disgusting person La Quinta Inn could ever hire,and so sad as a man the behavior of this man.I was charged multiple times for incidental fee that was never returned and this is what have Steneil called me out my name,said he was the manager when I ask to speak to one and he’s not the manager,accused me of using someone else card when I wasn’t,say if he have a hotel kids like mine is not welcome…my baby is only 1 yr old,say he will not take care of me and threatened to cancel my reservation.I reached out to customer service multiple times because I’m sure this is not how La Quinta inn want to be represented.He also saved my card on file while I’m getting charged every week un authorized now I have to wait to the manager to fix it.Room service also wake my son up and tell him he have to leave in order for them to clean the room was aslo crazy to me.Remove that disrespectful Haitian man man name Steneil I would recommend because it’s ok to stay but I wouldn’t recommend a bum because of him he’s too rude and shouldn’t be ok

The rooms were clean but had to constantly ask for clean towels. Maybe d service was rude and not friendly. The outside of the room conditions, I.e. hallways and elevator, were dirty. The entire area of the hotel smelled like smoke from illegal drugs. This hotel is in need of repairs and remodeling. We will not be staying here again.
