Room was very nice, ample room, clean, poor design where fridge is in cabinet the doors have to remain open... awkward to go in and out of bathroom. Breakfast disappointing, scrambled eggs, oranges and bagels/ toast with rock hard butter. Expect more when advertised as full breakfast, creamers 2 of 3 empty... never refilled when asked.

Terrible check in experience. We arrived early, myself and my crippled mother hoping to get the room early. We were told we’d be put on waitlist and were second. 4 hours later still no room which is fine check in wasn’t until 3pm yet at least 10 people somehow got rooms ahead of us. Then I asked for a room that didn’t require too much walking to get to because my mother is crippled. They put us at the very end of the hall the furthest away but by that point we were happy to have the room. Then get to room, a suite, open the sofabed to find disgusting bloodstained mattress (I have a picture of this I am not exaggerating) so I won’t be sleeping on that. I am truly appalled by the conditions of this room. There is a gross smell coming from the shower curtain in the bathroom and there was no hot water. There are tiny bugs on the desk and on the walls of the sitting room. No handicaped assistance despite advertised. I have stayed at la Quintas before and this hasn’t been my experience at other locations
