Great stay in LBTS
We had an excellent time here. Rooms were very clean and had been updated recently. Our host ( Bill) was very accommodating with towels, laundry, beach supplies etc. It’s a small boutique motel, and was pleasantly quiet.

Bill, the owner, was very responsive to messages and extremely accommodating. A lot of thought went into making sure you were really equipped with everything needed to enjoy your stay that you don’t get with big chains. For example; a beach cart, small cooler to take with you to the beach, beach chairs, beach toys. The pool was very clean. You are just a short walk to the main strip and beach. Free parking. Free washer and dryer access. Comfy beds. Wonderful outdoor sitting area. Overall wonderful property and stay.

The property has been wonderfully renovated and the new owner is very helpful/attentive to his guests. The location is an easy walk to beach, restaurants and groceries.

Loved this place
This condo was in a great location, had everything we needed and Bill was over the top with customer service. I had suggested that a toaster in the room would have been nice and the next day a toaster was left at our door. The pool was clean and the beach supplies were a great touch. We loved our week long stay, and hope to come back again and again.

The property is located near a nice beach and we went to a few beaches in Miami and this was our favourite beach. There are stores along the strip and restaurants. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Bill, the owner, was very nice and very responsive. We loved it

La Mer is the perfect place to stay while visiting Lauderdale by the Sea! The place has all the amenities you need while vacationing. Felt like a home away from home! We had everything we needed plus more to enjoy this superb property as well as the beautiful beach. Very close and very walkable! The host is very accommodating for all of your needs. Room was spacious and equipped with everything needed for a trip to the beach, full appliances, BbQ, and all you need to cook, etc. loved the privacy and not having to check-in in a line at a at a front desk.. a block from the beach. Very good location. Would go back again.

We had a great time. The rooms are spacious and very clean, equipped with everything you might need. Bill is amazing and truly cares about his guests! Highly recommend staying here when you are in the area. Beach and many restaurants are in walkable distance, completely safe to walk around even at night.

Property was renovated, clean and short walk to beach and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Minor complaint is pool was not in operation and although we had access to pool across street it was difficult to get seat there . As I said very minor. Would highly recommend this property.
