I booked this hotel super last minute for my parents since they missed their flight. They were very accommodating with late check in and check out. My parents enjoyed their very short stay with this location. They even offered free airport shuttle services.

I like the decor of the entire property from you walk in allrhe way to tge rooms. I dislike the odor of a scent of mold as you enter in the lobby area. However I did not smell the scent in my room thank goodness.

I booked this location due to its proximity to the FLL airport and because it mentioned “Airport shuttle included”. I was mislead to believe that is the case but there was no shuttle or it is available only on certain day hours and I ended up taking uber to the airport. Property personnel and hotels.com did not agree to reimburse for shuttle expenses. Will not go back.

Great location near airport, dining & shops. I had to switch my room the next day. Smell from AC & bathroom was horrible. Smelled like sewage. Bathrooms needs to upgraded and furniture in rooms needs to be deep cleaned or replaced.
