Great experience here....both shuttle rides to and from airport quick, clean and drivers were friendly and conscientious! Marsha at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Room was immaculate! Hot Tub and pool were clean and wonderful after a long flight. Checkout was seamless. Gentleman that checked us out was also friendly and very helpful!!

Well, it was kind of a last minute booking as this was the more reasonably priced, closest hotel to Hard Rock Stadium for the Taylor Swift Eras Tour. Still overpriced, but I kinda get why, but this hotel literally looked like the ones we used to cram 20 some people in to party back on the 90's . They did attempt to update the bathroom, but you had to flush at least 2-3 times just to get TP down . Dark room, did have a "kitchenette". Really, it wasn't horrible, and not bad for an overnight stay. The staff was really nice, though. I'm sure the price would be better if it wasn't crammed full of people like us going to see Taylor, but .. overall, not luxury, but not horrible either
