It was fine for 1 night. I wouldnt stay longer than a night. The elevator smelled like smoke. It wasn't good. The room was outdated. The breakfast was fine.

Clean and Comfortable
We stayed here on the night before a cruise. My husband and I were traveling from Canada with our 4 young adult children. The free shuttle from the airport was convenient & came quickly after calling the hotel. We were able to book a suite which was more economical than multiple rooms. The hotel was clean. The staff were friendly & responded in a timely way to requests. The beds (including the pull out couch & roll away cot) were all very comfortable. The included continental breakfast was nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Dishonest Staff and Management
The only thing good about this hotel is that the room is spacious. The hotel management is very dishonest (they charged us $150 for cleaning the room claiming that we were smoking in the room when we absolutely DID NOT!!!). They ran out of ‘complimentary’ breakfast at least 1 hour before closing time. The food itself tastes awful and there is little variety (basically eggs, muffins and yogurt)! Will NEVER stay here again!!!

We booked a room thru Expedia at the Holiday Inn Express in Hollywood, Fl. We were going to see Steve Martin and Martin Short at the Hard Rock Casino. This was my husband's Christmas gift. They cancelled the show because Martin Short's house burned down in the California fires. We were not able to cancel or change the date even though we called 3 days in advance. We lost $268 on a one night stay!!! We did not have insurance but I would think they would at least reschedule us to another date. We spoke to both the hotel and went on the internet and communicated with Expedia. EXTREMELY UPSET, especially since we are seniors and on a fixed income! Sally Carlson

Location kinda sucks. Theres a Wawa next door but nothing else. Hotel is VERY busy. Only one elevator for entire place. Airport shuttle driver didn’t show, ended up having another employee drive it. Beds were decent, rooms pretty clean. Just average hotel however absolutely not worth the over $300 a night.

The hotel was very quiet my whole stay while I got my rest. All the staff were very friendly. The only thing I would say is in my room, I could smell animal urine. I get they allow service animals but the carpet needs a deep clean or replacement to get the smell out. Other than that everything from staff to cleanliness was fine.

Alarm clock beeped nonstop unless you unplugged it, but disconnecting it also disconnected the light by the beds. Which was a problem bc the other light didn’t work either. Door also broke and breakfast and room cleanliness were good, not great
