Orange Bowl Stay
We were there for the Orange Bowl. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the room seemed clean. I did find a roach though crawling on the desk.

Beds were comfortable and they had a very nice breakfast. Very good restaurant across the road and there was some stores that you could pick up articles that you forgot to bring with you. The hotel could use some refurbishment.

The hotel was clean and convenient to the ports with transportation available. The only drawbacks were: 1. someone has to unlock the bathroom for you in the lobby 2. the bed height and bathroom counter height seems to be for tall people. I was difficult for my shorter elderly parents to get up onto the bed. The room ammenities were nice.

The property was clean, but we stayed on the second floor and the smell was just horrible. The room smelled horrible as well. I went out and bought air freshner and everything and nothing helped. Idk if that was the floor for smokers but the smell was horrible. I realised we should have said something but we didnt. The staff was super kind and friendly. Our complain was the smell.

It’s in very good condition. Rooms are clean and spacious. Complimentary breakfast is ok but not best as other holiday inn properties. Overall satisfactory.
