Firstly, I booked back in November, a confirmed room with King Bed, upon check in, they changed us to a room with 2 double beds…no King beds available…. Breakfast, it’s supposed to be a hot breakfast but it’s not even warm, room temp…and the bagel/cheese/egg item was not very good. The omelet on the other two days was good. If I returned to Ft Laud, I wouldn’t stay here, $359 plus taxes and fees was a little much based on the above…

Nice overnight stay!
The hotel was nice for our overnight stay. I stayed at the same hotel in November for the same type of trip. It is very convenient to the Hard Rock Live venue for concerts. The room was nice and could use an upgrade in the bathroom and the elevators. This did not affect our trip nor will it be an issue to not stay again.

Waited over an hour for airport shuttle, gave up and had to pay for uber. Hotel is only 2 miles from airport, not sure why it took so long. Room was very spacious and relatively clean, but smelled of marijuana. Tried to ventilate with a/c, but smell was intense. Staff was nice and accommodating otherwise.

Check in went well. Very late in the night, the guest next door had a big dog that kept barking made it impossible to sleep. I picked up the phone to call the front desk and the phone in the room didn’t work. I had to use google to find the hotel phone number and the front desk person was so nonchalant about it. Breakfast was great!

First thing you see when walking to your room is the not vacuumed carpet. The room floors where also not vacuumed or sticky on the hard surfaces. Just not up to Hampton Inn standards as I have stayed at many thru the years and always been happy.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights with our kids. The room size was good. We stayed in a suite with separate family/kitchenette. The dishwasher leaked in our room so we couldn’t use it. There was no cleaning of room for first three days. I had to ask for more toilet paper (since we ran out), to empty our garbages which were overflowing and to exchange a few of our towels. On the fourth day, without explanation our room was “freshened” up meaning new towels were provided and garbage emptied. The rest of hotel: The main lobby is clean and seating is provided for breakfast. The hallway carpets need to be changed. The elevators were quick but not clean. The pool area is small but not bad. Towels are provided there. In all, for the cost, not sure this hotel was up to what I expected from a Hilton family property and was truly disappointed after reading so many positive reviews on Expedia. The positives: the breakfast is included, parking is free and location is conveniently located near I95, approx. 10 minutes from the beach.
