Great Condition
Hotel is in excellent condition, and staff is helpful and friendly. We would stay again. Just 2 things to note. First, there is a fire station across the street. Fortunately, there were no sirens overnight, but it is a possibility. Best to get a room with an even number, just in case. The odd number ones ( which we had) are the ones that face the fire station. Second, the breakfast is ok, but the selection is limited.

For lack of a better word, my families’ experience was terrible. We were extremely excited to celebrate my mother’s birthday and just simply enjoy Fort Lauderdale. The room was muggy and the shower was filthy. So filthy that we didn’t shower. We used the sink instead. For 200 plus dollars, I’m super disappointed. Check in was 4pm and check out was at 11am. I paid just to look at four walls, a muggy room, a filthy shower and a rude room service rep. The room service words as I opened the door the morning of check out was “What time are you leaving?!” It was 10:58am. For goodness sake. I wanted to ask her when were they going to clean the shower. That’s the question that should have been asked..

I only stayed for 1 night, but I had a great stay! My room was clean and I enjoyed the continental breakfast the next morning. I really like that I was able to use the digital key to get into my room but sometimes it took more than one try to actually get the door open. Other than that great stay!
