The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. 15 minutes to beaches; Airport; and Cruise Port; 10 minutes to downtown nightlife restaurants and shopping. 20 Minutes to Casino and Hard Rock Stadium. 25 Minutes to Sawgrass Mall and Aventura Mall. We are 12 minute walk to a family park and restaurant. Our neighborhood is secluded on a dead end for peace and privacy. Easy access to interstate and 30 minutes from Miami. Also 10 minutes from convention center.
The space
This is a spacious 3 bedroom 2 full bath apartment. One of bath is on-suite is the large bedroom. Each room has 1 TV. There are 4 beds total plus two couches. This property is not shared with any other guests. At the immediate entrance of the property is a patio area with 2 outdoor chairs, 1 table, and 1 grill. To the left of the property around the corner of the entrance is a second private patio area with one table and four chairs for outdoor dining. This entire property can accommodate 7 people maximum at one time. You get one free assigned/reserved parking space. We can accommodate 2 vehicles maximum. The second vehicle must strictly use designated guest parking areas. We have a community laundry room located in building 1548 on the ground floor with a door marked "Laundry Room". Each machine is coin operated. It is $1.50 each load and Quarters only.
Guest access
Guests have access to community laundry room and community patio. Guests are limited to one free assigned parking space at all times which is also detailed in the check-in instructions.

Check in is 4pm or anytime after.
Check out is 10am or anytime before.
Additional fees may apply for early or late check out requests.
Please return key to lockbox at check out. Lost or stolen key will result in a $100 fee.
This property does not accommodate social events or parties.
Our quiet hours for the community are from 10PM to 7AM everyday. No exceptions.
This is strictly a Non-Smoking Property. There is a minimum $250 fine for this. Tobacco smoking is permitted on community ground but outside only and away from entrance doors. All other smoking habits are to be consume no less than 100 yards from the community property line.
Your detailed check-in instructions will arrive at 8am by message on the day of arrival. Please follow those instructions and address if riding by Uber/Lyft. Make sure your driver takes you to the front entrance.

Super easy check in and check out process! Great communication with the owner!! Wish there was a heavier lock on the doors leading to the outside but it is gated which made us feel better :)
