My husband and I stayed for a quick weekend trip. It’s the holidays and I appreciate the lobby being decorated. Felt nice and cozy. Big up Abel. Very nice, polite and accommodating with any questions or concerns. Free airport shuttle is a plus. Rooms are basic but clean. Appreciate the fact they have a washer/dryer however during our stay they ran out of detergent. What I didn’t like was how slow the elevators are especially going to the 7th floor. The food options were ok but there is Dennys and MacD next door.

Not my favorite hotel.
Place is dark looking and weird. Room wasn’t the most clean standard but you pay for what you get. It’s the type of place you would expect to find cockroach’s but yet there was none. The walls are thinner than usual. The 7/10 rating seemed high for this place.

Front deck receptionist was rude, breakfast was disappointing no one attending the stations, people sneezing and coughing on the food was unacceptable, bathroom door had problems to open and to closed. No soap in the bathroom had to go to front desks to get one.

This stay was a nightmare. The hotel gave us a room with so much mold in it. The lamp shades were moldy the carpet was filthy. There was black mold on the walls. The towels were filthy. This was an awful place, would never stay again.

Once I walked in the hotel I was actually quite pleased, but it didn’t take long to notice the inattentiveness of staff, the mediocre customer service, and the cleanliness of the facility. There appeared to be a sense of indifference when it came to guests and the facility.

The smell was absolutely disgusting. Room was almost as gross as the smell. Wallpaper stained and pealing. Everything that had steel in it was all completely rusted. For a best western it was the worst. The only positive thing about the hotel was the friendly front desk staff.
