I didn’t like that there is a charge for parking. The hotel is located in a place that only the the guest will use the parking and there is no where else around to park. So, paying the parking was obligated.

It was an ok room, nothing fancy. Older fixtures, towels small, room needed vacuumed, coffee pot in room was missing parts so unusable. Bed and pillows were ok Close to airport. Not a $300 per night experience. Front desk was pleasant and easy to communicate with.

Stay before a Cruise
The hotel works fine for a night stay before our cruise. They offer airport shuttle, and for an additional charge they offer cruise port shuttle. We had to drive due to weather, and they also offered cruise parking. However, when I called, I was told it cost $7/night. When I arrived the front desk stated it was $10/night. They honored the other amount, but this should be clearly stated and communicated.

Carpet in room and in our hallway leading our room was stained. Caulking in shower needs to be replaced. Quality of breakfast was poor- save the $15 per person and order in from MacDonalds. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Jeanette at the front desk was absolutely the best. Was by herself dealing with a few rude guests in front of me and never lost her professionalism in dealing with her. The receptionist was very friendly and professional. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom fan is noisy though and there’s no way to turn it off unless the bathroom light is also turned off. I would stay here again.
