When I arrived at the hotel I was greeted by a couple guys at the door trying to sell me drugs. When I walked in to the lobby there was about 12-15 drunk people making lots of noise. My room was filthy and smelled like weed. And the lock on my door didn’t work. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. We didn’t even stay. We checked back out and found a different hotel

Never coming here again
On arriving at the hotel, there were people outside talking loudly and the smell of Marijuana was unbearable. After entering the room, I noticed a roach crawling on the wall and immediately killed it. Another one appeared later. The room had a not so pleasant order, the dresser was broken, the refrigerator was rusted and there was no telephone in the room.

My room entrance’s door has no light. The light bulb needed a replacement, no lights at the bathroom, no lights in the shower, no lights on the bedroom and no television. I have to wait about 1 1/2 hours for the maintenance guy to fix the lights, then replace the sensors on some of them, bring and installed a new television and connect all the cables

We had to evacuate for a hurricane. They had cheap rates. Can't complain too much because you get what you pay for. The staff was really nice. The ice machines on each floor didn't work. Floors were dirty in our room and a/c didn't work very well unless you were directly in front of it. Photos look better online than in person. I'm giving it a 4 because of the pricing and the staff being nice.

Disgustingly annoying unsafe experience! Staff is ghetto and unprofessional. I ended up requesting a refund. No individual key to enter the rooms. I had to ask the staff or ghetto Security to go open the room every time I wanted to go in. Room was old and smelly. She was stuck on the hairdryer from God knows who, Every time I flush the bathroom, it leaked at the base!!! It was disgusting.

This was the most unsafe, dirty “hotel” I have ever been in. I booked this stay off of experience. We checked in on 8/25 4pm. No problems. The room we had on the 5th floor was ok. It wasn’t the best room but it was affordable as we were set to cruise 8/26. We returned to a complete nightmare. Room 215. Totally unacceptable. No headboard, tattered bedsheets. The remote didn’t work. Ok….its a cheap room. I get it. We’ll make the best out of it. 5pm came, Residents not guest! Residents began to party! We heard 3 domestic arguments, sirens. Hotel staff in involved. By the 4th argument which involved shooting up the whole room next door if whomever he was arguing with revoked his bond. We had connecting rooms. I took one look at my husband and a silent decision was made. We grabbed our bags and checked out!! We found another hotel under hotel.com after visiting the property first because we couldn’t waste any more money on unsafe conditions. Please reach out to me personally Hotels.com. Do not under any circumstances rent from this property
