I checked in at about 1230 there was just a bunch of people hanging around in all parts of the hotel lobby and by the vending machines the room was very outdated and muggy i did not get up and leave because i need to lay my head from all day traveling and in the morning when checking out people were being escorted out by police

There are multiple charges the hotel will charge you for when you get there. A $27 service fee along with a $10 per day parking fee. These should be included in the booking price or at least mentioned. The hotel is old, dirty and noisy-right by the train tracks.

Filthy, roach infected room with no ventilation or extractor. This hotel does not have a preventative maintenance, shower leaks, heather not working and main door lock damaged. Report given to front desk with no response. Place smells like marijuana (weed) all the time and people partying at 2 a.m with loud music; this was also reported to front desk. We left before check out day due to the terrible service and accommodations provided. Worse hotel ever!!.

More towels needed in rooms safety issue
The room had only 2 towels no bath mat so after use of the shower the bathroom was wet and I slipped very dangerous more towels needed in rooms

First, it is not what I expected. Not only was there noise, even at night, from guests and some employees who came by the stairs to gossip, but The place is not well maintained, many things were unacceptable, for example, a TV that was useless since we couldn't access live TV; am incomplete coffee maker, my 5 year old told me mommy there's a roach, I said to him that wasn't true until I saw it myself (just a tiny one). This made me feel uncomfortable, so I did not use the microwave. While I was lying, some unit downstairs had a water leak, the maintenance guy came and asked if we were taking a shower for about 10 minutes. I said no, and he mentioned the leak. I told him it was not from the room, but he still came in to check. Our stay was 2 nights, and after one night, we needed towels. When we asked the housekeeper, she gave us the towel but had an attitude. We told her we didn't need room service, and at the end of the stay, my partner just took out the trash. Also, do not let the picture fool you into thinking your place is not in good condition. There is a reason why it is so cheap. If you can afford a better place, please do so.

Unique. Cigarettes, cigars, iv drug users, Marijuana use constant problem. Why they even hired a security guard is ridiculous! The room i stayed in stunk. Filthy. The security guard does nothing, Luis. The Manager Peter pawns work to others that do not know what they're doing.
